About the Sagara ya koubou
Sagara Arrow Workshop relocated to a historic farmhouse in 2006,
where we have been crafting a diverse range of Yame arrows,
renowned traditional crafts in Japan.
From arrows used in Kyudo (Japanese archery) to “Hamaya” arrows believed to ward off evil spirits,
and decorative arrows celebrating children’s growth, our workshop produces a wide array of craft items.
We seamlessly blend inherited traditional arrow-making techniques with cutting-edge modern technology,
ensuring the continued evolution of captivating bows and arrows. Moving forward,
we aspire to share our exquisite craftsmanship with the world.
